- Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket. All attendees must abide by the event rules and regulations.
- A valid government-issued ID may be requested for the person in whose name the booking is made. Please carry the same along.
- Tickets booked are valid only for the specific date(s) mentioned on the ticket.
- Workshops require separate entry and fees. They are not included in the festival ticket price.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Visitors and participants agree to be patient and cooperative at the registration and ticketing desks.
- The festival is for children between the ages of 1 and 15. All children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted within the festival premises.
- By attending, you consent to official photographers and videographers capturing photos and videos, which may be used by the organisers and event hosts for promotional or other legitimate purposes.
- You agree to abide by the decisions of the organisers and event hosts regarding any aspect of your participation in the event, including the right to suspend entry or participation.
- People in an inebriated state may be denied entry.
- The sponsors/performers/organisers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during the event. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam.
- Rights to admission reserved. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry including, but not limited to, late entrants.
- These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of the organisers.
FAQs
Is there parking available?
Yes, limited on‑site parking is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Can I bring outside food?
Outside food is not permitted. There will be curated food stalls inside the venue.
