At Code Riite, founded by Aashna Shah, we believe that the best way to learn coding is through creativity, play, and real-world problem solving. By teaching Computational Thinking and Coding without Screens, we ensure children stay fully engaged, collaborate meaningfully, and develop sharper logical reasoning skills.
About the Class
This festive hands-on workshop introduces children to the foundations of coding and computational thinking without using any screens. Instead of passively watching a device, children will actively engage in playful activities, puzzles, and teamwork that make coding concepts come alive in a fun and memorable way.
Through these interactive challenges, participants will:
- Learn how to think logically and approach problems with confidence
- Practice breaking down complex tasks into simple, manageable steps
- Create clear, step-by-step solutions just like real programmers
This approach ensures children remain fully engaged, collaborate with peers, and build essential problem-solving skills while enjoying the process of discovery.
Activities Included
- Introduction to Coding – Discover the basics of how coding works in everyday life
- Algorithms – Learn how to create clear instructions and sequences to solve problems
- Debugging Mystery – Practice spotting and fixing errors in a fun, puzzle-like format
- Sorting Network Maze – Work together to navigate a physical maze that teaches sorting and logic
This workshop blends learning with play, helping kids develop confidence, creativity, and curiosity while building a strong foundation in coding and computational thinking.
