Kleinetics Program Guidelines

Here’s some friendly information to help you make the most of our program:

• Easy, Up-Front Payment: To help us plan great sessions, fees are to be paid in full at the start and are non-refundable.
• Special Requirements: All children are special and yet unique. Please let us know if your child has specific requirements which you would like us to take care of, so they can have a safe and comfortable experience
• Keeping us informed: Life happens—just drop us an email if your child has exams, is unwell, or has an important sports event.
• Staying on Track: We ask that at least 50% of the batch is present, to keep learning momentum! And so we also ideally need at least 5 little ones to start for a fun experience!
• Consistent Coaching: Should your regular coach be unavailable, we’ll let you know in advance and assign a trusted backup.
• Capturing Moments: We may take photos or videos for showcasing our efforts to create a great learning experience as well as for helping us grow as teachers.

Parental Consent & Acknowledgement

We are committed to the safety & comfort of our young learners and we request you to take a moment to read and agree to the following:

• I confirm that my child is in good health and fit to participate. I accept full responsibility for my child's supervision before and after sessions. I understand and accept the inherent risks involved and grant permission for my child's participation.
• I/We release and hold harmless Kleinetics, its team, and affiliates from any liabilities arising from injury, damages, or expenses related to my child's participation.

By signing-up for the program, I agree to the Guidelines afore and give permission for my child to attend the Kleinetics Program.
