InterACT is a Speech, Drama & Communication Skills initiative founded by Craig Dequadros, Natasha Aref, and Pakhi Bajaj—experienced educators and theatre professionals committed to helping children become confident communicators, expressive performers, and self-assured individuals. The founders have worked on acclaimed productions including The Sound of Music, My Fair Lady, Macbeth, Jesus Christ Superstar, Mahatma, and numerous large-scale musicals involving casts of over 100 children, bringing authentic theatre expertise into every programme.
With decades of combined experience in speech and drama education, theatre production, communication training, and child development, the InterACT team delivers engaging programmes both online and offline across Mumbai and Pune.
Beyond regular classes, InterACT conducts Teacher Training Programmes, School Workshops, Communication & Confidence-Building Workshops, Annual Day Direction, and Large-Scale Theatre Productions.
At InterAct we believe in empowering students to cultivate a diverse set of adaptable skills relevant to the demands of the 21st century, enhancing their potential for success in both educational and professional environments. Children are empowered to think clearly, express confidently and communicate with purpose. Through drama, performance and play-based learning, children build skills that stay with them for life.
