Set-up requirements

• Stable internet connection
• Laptop/Desktop/Tablet with audio & video
• Study table and chair
• Materials from the list that will be provided upon registration

Safety

• A caretaker must be present throughout the session.
• Please share any allergies or medical conditions in advance, so we can plan accordingly.
• Child safety is a top priority, and we take every reasonable precaution during sessions. That said, CKIPL cannot be held responsible for any injury to a child or adult during a session.
• Materials provided for the session should be handled carefully by both the child and the accompanying adult.

Payments & Scheduling

• Fee are non-refundable. We offer a single-session trial so a session can be experienced fully before signing-up for more. 
• Session dates, once confirmed, cannot be changed.
• CKIPL is unable to offer makeup sessions or rescheduling for missed sessions or absences due to sessions being specific to a topic. 

Online Session Etiquette

• We request that the child's video camera remain on for the full duration of each session.

Content & Intellectual Property

• All curriculum, worksheets, experiment details, and other materials shared during sessions are the intellectual property of CKIPL and may not be recorded or shared further without our authorisation.
• We kindly ask that no photos or recordings be taken of any part of a CKIPL session without prior authorisation.
• Photos taken by CKIPL during sessions may be used for marketing and social media. If you'd prefer we don't, please let us know at contact@curiositykidsindia.com.
