An Introduction to Indian Classical Music

The Little Music Box, in collaboration with Think Right Mumbai, brings young children a joyful introduction to the rich world of Indian classical music.

Through singing, rhythm, melody and age-appropriate musical exploration, children begin discovering the foundations of Indian music in a warm, engaging environment.

The experience introduces children to Sargam, simple Alankaars, Indian musical instruments and songs across genres, while encouraging listening, focus, confidence and self-expression.

A Special Introductory Workshop

This one-time workshop offers families an opportunity to experience The Little Music Box's teaching approach before enrolling in its regular weekly programme.

A lovely first step towards helping children connect with India's musical heritage, one note at a time.
