CODEW/FLOPPY is founded by Bhavna Jhunjhunwala, who worked in the software industry for 14 years, both in India and USA at top IT companies and banks like Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Quantitative Brokers.
As the mother of two young daughters, Bhavna advocates the timely introduction of STEAM to kids.

- Computer Science & ICT Enrichment programs for grades 7+ catering to Indian & International boards to empower students to excel in their academic pursuits and beyond
- Coding programs ranging from Scratch for beginners to Python, Java, C++ for advanced learners as well as contemporary topics such AI, Game Design, Cyber
Tailored to children from grades 1 to 12, the curriculum balances learning, fun & healthy challenge:
- Mini Engineer (5-7 yrs): Foundational program; Concepts of Science & Math as per Common Core Standards & Physical computing
- Junior Engineer I (7-9 yrs): Introduced to simple machines & microbit code platform
- Junior Engineer II (7-9 yrs): Pre-robotics phase to build & code their own
