Common Room, inspired by the idea of a shared, informal space for learners, is a virtual creative writing space where children aged 7-12 years learn together in live, interactive classes.
- Led by Cambridge-certified English teachers
- Courses focus on writing genres, vocabulary, and peer feedback, not just lectures.
- Each course includes downloadable workbooks, vocabulary
Anjaly, founder of Common Room, is a Cambridge-certified English trainer with experience at The Hindu and British Council. She has taught over 1,000 students globally and is currently pursuing her DELTA certification from International House London.
- Thematic Workshops: focused on specific genre like playwriting, essay writing, creative writing and more with vocabulary, and creative prompts.
- Ongoing Classes: Students can go upto once or twice a week blending academic and creative writing to build structure, voice, and stamina.
- Publishing Program: Guides young children through creating and publishing their own books right from idea to print.
