Each session includes warm-up movements, fun-filled fitness activities using age-appropriate equipment, and ends with cool-down stretches — all designed to follow a gradual and child-friendly progression. - Personalized Fitness Report (for Enrolled Children):
For children who enroll after the demo, a detailed Fitness Report will be prepared by the coach, tracking progress across key physical development parameters from the trial session through the end of the term.
