Kids Kommando Challenge is a unique obstacle course designed to challenge and inspire children aged 3 to 15. Watch your little ones conquer exciting challenges, build confidence, and have a blast!

- 3 years (with a Parent): Toddler-Parent race
- 4-5 years: 5 circuits with 3-5 obstacles
- 6-7 years: 5 circuits with 3-5 obstacles
- 8-9 years: 5 Circuits with 3 - 5 obstacles (agility, balance & coordination)
- 10-11 years: 5 Circuits with 3 - 5 obstacles (agility, balance & coordination)
- 12-15 years: Advanced obstacles, endurance, strength & speed

- 4-5 years (Pick any 1 slot)

PARENT CONSENT
- Event Guidelines & Safety
I understand this Event includes physical, athletic, and family-oriented activities, and participation involves timed obstacle runs, challenge circuits, and related competitions conducted by the Company (K-Eye Sportstech Private Limited).
I acknowledge the Company will collect and process participant’s personal information, photographs, video, biometric, and performance data ("Event Data") for purposes of Event management, safety, reporting, research, analysis, marketing, and product or business development, in adherence to relevant laws.
I understand that in order to deliver certain services, the Company may share certain Event Data with third party service providers; I consent to such sharing subject to the Company’s privacy policy and applicable law.
I understand Event Data and event images/videos may be used for publicity, commercial, or research purposes in any media, including social media and marketing campaigns, and may be shared with sponsors or partners. I provide my consent for such usage, without geographical/time limitation and without compensation. - Data Security and Privacy
The Company will take reasonable security measures to protect Event Data. I waive claims for any unauthorized data access except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company. - Health, Participation, and Release of Liability
I confirm the Participant is medically fit for sports activities. Any relevant medical conditions have been disclosed in advance.
I understand physical activity includes risks such as minor injuries, strains, and extremely rare serious harm.
I voluntarily accept and assume all related risks for the Participant’s participation in the Event.
The Company will use reasonable care to ensure safety: qualified staff / marshals, standard equipment, medical emergency arrangements (first aid), etc. However, I understand that the Company does NOT guarantee that all risks are eliminated.
I release and indemnify the Company, its employees, venues, sponsors, and agents from any claims due to injury, accident, loss, or damage sustained during the Event, except for direct results of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company. - Emergency Medical Authority

- Assumption of Responsibility
I certify that I have read this document in full, understand it, and agree that by signing I am giving up legal rights that otherwise might be available to me / my child.
I accept full responsibility for my / my child’s safety and behaviour while at the Event, including following all rules, guidelines, instructions, and directions given by the Company or its staff.
I agree that the Company has the right to refuse participation or entry to any participant who is found not following safety rules or whose health / behaviour may pose risk to themselves or others.
