  Each activity is thoughtfully designed for a specific age group. We request parents to register their child in the appropriate age category to ensure the best experience. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the event.


• Event Guidelines & Safety:
  The safety and well-being of our children is our top priority. All participants are expected to follow the safety guidelines and instructions shared by the organizers.
  In rare situations, we may need to make necessary changes to the event format, schedule, or rules to ensure a positive experience for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.


• Prizes & Rewards:
  Prizes are a token of celebration and are not transferable or redeemable for cash or other items.
  While we take care in packaging and dispatch, the organizers cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during the shipment of physical prizes.


• General:
  From time to time, we may update these terms to better serve our community. Any changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
  The organizers are not responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  All decisions made by the judges are final and made with fairness and care.


• Parent / Guardian Consent:
  By registering my child, I confirm that my child is healthy and fit to participate in this activity. I agree to actively supervise my child throughout the event. I understand that all activities involve some level of inherent risk, and by allowing my child to participate, I acknowledge and accept this. I believe that the learning, joy, and growth offered through this experience are meaningful and valuable, and I therefore give my consent for my child's participation.
