Fitness feels only like play with this thoughtfully designed summer workshop for children. Airborne Aerial Fitness brings together the perfect environment and the guidance of certified trainers.

Children will stay fit and flexible while learning to defy gravity through the following:

  • Aerial Fitness: 2 days
  • Aerial Hoop: 1 day
  • Aerial Silk: 1 day
  • Aerial Dance: 1 day

 The program also helps improve balance, and hand-eye coordination and boosts focus.
