The Carnatic Flute sessions follow a structured, step-by-step modular approach aligned with the curriculum of Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal, with graded examinations (Optional).
Each class focuses on developing strong blowing control and precise fingering technique to ensure tonal clarity and accuracy. Students practise swaras, foundational exercises such as sarali and janta varisais, and gradually progress to simple compositions and basic raga structures. Emphasis is placed on correct laya, gamakas, and expressive playing. Guided riyaz and listening activities support steady progress and musical understanding.
