What lies beneath Navi Mumbai’s modern skyline?
In this immersive workshop, children uncover the hidden story of reclaimed land, forgotten coastlines, mangroves, tides, and water systems that continue to shape the city today.
Through maps, observation, models, and hands-on exploration, participants learn how holding ponds, mangroves, rainfall, and urban infrastructure work together to manage flooding and protect the environment. The session encourages children to think critically about how cities are designed and how we can build responsibly with nature, not against it.
