About the Workshop

A gentle, festive morning for toddlers and their parents to play, create and celebrate Dussehra together.

Designed especially for ages 1–3, the experience brings together open-ended play, simple making, music, storytelling, movement and festive food. The pace is intentionally toddler-friendly, with parents joining their little ones throughout.

What to Expect

Festive art & play:- Self-paced stations to explore as families arrive.

Decorate a bommai:- Each child makes a little golu doll to add to our shared golu, and take home after.

Circle time:-
A hello song, parachute play with Navaratri colours, and a gentle festive story.

Learn some garba:- Simple twirls and claps to festive music.

Festive snack:-
Create a festive snack to share together.

A joyful finale:-
A happy send-off to close the morning.

About Firefly

A welcoming DIY art studio where children, families and friends come together to create, explore and connect through art. Firefly Terrace makes creativity accessible and meaningful, offering a space to slow down, make with your hands and enjoy the simple joy of creating together.

We are a children’s play experience provider, offering storytelling, sensory play, child-led art and craft activities, movement and sing-alongs. We design joyful experiences that are led by the child’s pace and curiosity, not defined by an adult’s expectations.

We curate experiences shaped to fit your venue and the audience.

From celebrations and children's pop-ups to parent-toddler workshops and playdates, we bring our experiences to cafes, bookstores and just about any space where children gather, and that's only the beginning.

Each registration admits 1 child (aged 1–3 years) + 1 accompanying parent.
Parent participation is required throughout the session.
Activities may involve art materials, food and sensory play; please dress your child accordingly.
The coconut laddoo-making activity involves food ingredients. Please inform the team in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Please arrive on time so your child has enough time to settle in and enjoy the opening activities.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
