In Don’t Drop the Human, kids dive into the playful world of contact improvisation — a dance form built on trust, touch, and teamwork. Through fun lifts, balances, and movement games, they learn how to share weight, find rhythm with a partner, and move as one connected unit. It’s part physical play, part choreography, and all about communication — a workshop where the golden rule is simple: trust, laugh, and don’t drop the human.
Lional Lishoy
Lional Lishoy is a contemporary dancer specializing in contact improvisation. A graduate of the Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts, he has trained and performed with contact improvisers and teachers from around the world. A performer, teacher, and passionate DJ-slash-slackliner, Lional brings rhythm, balance, and creative energy into every space he leads.
